Huntington gardens photographs
There are abstract paintings in the tree bark, tapestries in layers of fallen leaves, landscapes embedded in the rocks, stained-glass windows where the sun shines through leaves and flowers, sunsets and river currents in the Zen Garden gate panels . . . whole worlds waiting to be discovered.
The 120 acres of gardens at The Huntington Library, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens have been a muse for Bob Walter who shot photographs on an almost daily basis for more than a year. These images are now being compiled into a book. Here is a sampling of these photographs. More can be found by clicking on the link to his website that appears at the bottom of this gallery.
